I am currently displaced from my home and living with my husband and German Shepherd in a 20-foot camper until we can move into a permanent location.

I am a 1-person team working with a high-volume of orders. Please allow me up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY) to prepare and pack your order. I appreciate & value your business and patience while I prepare each order with love & care!

I ship by USPS, and their delivery time can vary because of weekends, holidays or unexpected delays. Please do not hold me responsible for delays by the delivery service. Your package is always insured up to $50-100, so you can file a claim if it arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all.

My local post office is open 12pm-4pm Monday-Friday, which limits my ability to drop off packages at other times. Please see our Ordering & Shipping page for more detailed information.

Due to recent changes to USPS rates, I have to adjust my pricing accordingly. I am such a small business, I do not get the reduced rates that huge businesses like Amazon and Walmart receive, but I charge shipping based on the ACTUAL WEIGHT on the products plus the weight & cost of the packaging. 

• Shipping fees start at $5.99 for shipping in the US, because First Class Package rates run from $4.14-5.78 depending on where the customer lives. 

• I do not inflate the cost of shipping to make an income from my customers! I prefer you get my products with your hard-earned money. 

• US orders over $75 after discounts and tax are applied will receive FREE SHIPPING (at the method at our discretion).

• International orders over $175 USD will receive FREE SHIPPING (at the method at our discretion).

I appreciate your understanding as to why I have chosen to provide Flat Rate options in order to simplify the checkout process.
